Refund and Returns Policy

We accept return requests on eligible items within the window below.

Return condition

Returned products should be unworn, unused, and in resellable condition unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Request window

Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Orders requested outside that window may not be accepted.

Items we cannot accept

  • Final-sale items or clearance drops marked as non-returnable
  • Made-to-order or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
  • Products that show wear, washing, or damage after delivery
  • Orders affected by failed delivery or refusal due to buyer error
